Choc-Banana Smoothie


These days, Momjo LIVE is not the same without our signature #treatoftheweek. And when we have our very first guest joining our LIVE, we simply had to ask her to share her favorite treat with us! Taryn Kukle, creator and owner of Fit Girls (www.fitgirls.ca), keeps it healthy and nutritious with her yummy go-to smoothie. So, of course, we asked her to share her special recipe, so here goes:

Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie:

1 scoop of good quality vanilla protein powder

1/4 unsweetened almond milk

1/2 frozen banana (ripe)

1/4 cup of ice

1 tspn of cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1 tbsp ground flax seed

Blend all ingredients together for one minute - Enjoy!
