Pumpkin Soup with Kale, Butternut and Tahini Salad, and Pumpkin Cream Cheese Swirl Muffins - #MomjoE
The temperatures have dropped and leaves are falling! We simply can't get enough of the deep oranges, yellows and reds this time of year! To acknowledge this beautiful season, last night's episode of #MomjoLive was aptly named "Momjo Eats - The Pumpkin Edition"!
We picked some recipes from our favorite chefs on Instagram, tested them out and it was a resounding success (the proof is in the fact that hardly anything we made is left to eat today).

This soup is as the name suggests - simple to make, and oh so delicious and satisfying.
We have been following Carmen from Every Last Bite for a few months now, and it seems that everything we try from her recipes is a hit! This salad does not disappoint! The combination of the light tahini dressing, and the crunch of the kale and seeds, not to mention the bright colors makes this salad a definite favorite for us this season.
This had us at "swirl"! It was the first time we baked with pumpkin puree from a can and we gotta say, we were impressed! A great baking activity to do with the kids - these muffins were delicious!
Of course, the cream cheese just takes them to another level of creamy sweetness that had us eating the muffins way past our bedtime.
