Peach Crumble
Is there anything more delicious that fresh juicy peaches? We think there is - a super simple peach crumble recipe that can be served alone or with vanilla ice cream (yum!). If you like, you can swap the peaches for apples (peeled and cut) and make a delicious apple crumble in time for Rosh Hashanah :)
Salmon Fish Cakes
Ingredients:
Cooked salmon fillets OR 2 cans of salmon
3 eggs beaten Juice of 1/2 a lemon 1/4 cup mayo 1 diced onion 3/4 cup bread crumbs 1 tsp garlic powder Black pepper Salt
Method:
Turn oven on to 350, and prepare baking tray with parchment paper. Mix all in a bowl, and roll into mini patties and place on baking tray.
Grill until golden brown :)
